生物制剂在油松侧柏育苗造林中的应用

【摘要】 在油松、侧柏育苗造林中应用5406细胞分裂素及外生菌根菌生物制剂获得了如下结果:(1)促进苗木生长,经过处理的苗木单株干重比对照提高35.4%~96.9%;(2)对苗木猝倒病有防治作用,相对防效高达58.3%~61.1%;(3)提高苗木的抗旱能力,在干旱条件下经过处理的苗木死亡半数时间推迟17~20d;(4)提高造林成活率7.5%~10.0%,并能促进苗木的持续生长.

【Abstract】 5406-Streptomyces Jingyangensis and ectomycorrhizic preparation were used in raising seedlings of Pinus tabulae/ormis and Platycladus orientalis. The experiments show that the biological preparation is beneficial to plants in four respects as follows. (1) Stimulating the growth of seedlings, the plant dry weight rose by 35.4%-96.9%; (2) Controling damping-off of seedlings, the relative control effectiveness amounts to 58.3%-61.1%; (3) The time for median lethal of seedlings is delayed by 17 to 20 days under arid condition. (4) Increasing the survival rate of the afforestation by 7.5%-10.0% and stimulating the growth of survived plants.
