干湿周浸法及其在耐候钢研究中的应用

【摘要】 利用集成电路控制微电机实现了试样在指定时间里的干湿周浸。叙述了周浸仪的线路设计,并用它测定了稀土含量对09CuPTiRE钢耐大气腐蚀性能的影响。发现当稀土含量达0.012%时,稀土能明显地改善钢的耐大气腐蚀性能。

【Abstract】 The alternate immersion following a prescribed cycle of samples was carried out by means of a micromotor controlled by integrated circuit. The design of this instrument was described and the effect of rare earths on the resistance to atmospheric corrosion of steel 09CuPTiRE was checked. It was shown that the rare earths in steel effectively enhance the resistanc to atmospheric corrosion when it’s content in steel is above around 0.012%.
