镍液中Mg-O平衡及Fe、Al、Cr对镁活度的影响

【摘要】 在密闭容器中用蒸汽平衡法研究了1480℃~1590℃内,镍液中镁-氧反应平衡,以及1480℃下镍液中合金元素Fe、Al、Cr对镁的活度的影响。实验测得,1480~1580℃下:
【Abstract】 The equilibrium constant of Mg-O in Nickel melt at the temperature range of 1 480℃ to 1580℃ was determined with the vapour equilibrium method in a sealed chamber. The influence of the alloying elements Fe, Al and Cr on the activity of Mg in nickel melts at 1480℃ mas investigated. It was found that at 1480℃ to 1580℃: logKMgO= 0.50 + 1.27×104/T;GMgO O= 2.43×105-9.57T(J/mol); eMgO =1.10×103- 2.19×106/T; And at 1480℃: eFeMg=-0.28; eAlMg=-0.51; eCrMg=0.72
