初轧机轧制打滑引起的扭振响应
A Research for Torsional Vibration Responses Resulting from Roll Slippage on Blooming Mill
【摘要】 论述了初轧机在轧制过程中打滑引起的两种不同的扭振响应。根据扁头断口上的疲劳裂纹用断裂力学的方法计算出断裂扭矩,与上述两种扭振响应恰相吻合。
【Abstract】 Two kinds of torsional vibration responses are discussed whicl produced in drive system of blooming mill owing to the roll slippage during working course. By means of fracture mechanics the fracture torque is calculated according to the cracks appeared in damaged section of the wobbler. The calculated fracture torque is in accordance with two kinds of torsional vibration responses.
