聚吡咯-聚苯胺同型异质结的整流特性
Rectifying Effect of Polypyrrole-Polyaniline p-p Heterojunction
【摘要】 在电化学氧化聚合的p-型聚吡咯薄膜与化学氧化聚合的可溶性p-型聚苯胺涂层之间的接触界面处,观察到了同型异质结整流效应,整流比为30(0.8V),其伏-安特性符合电子扩散理论结果。
【Abstract】 The rectifying effect of p-p heterojunction between the polypyrrole film synthesized electrochemically and the soluble polyaniline coating film synthesized chemically was observed. The rectification ratio at 0.8V is 30. The current-voltage characteristics agreed with the theory of the diffusion model.
