激光热解法制备Fe和Fe/C超微粉工艺及粉体性能研究
Study on the Laser-induced Pyrolysis Preperation of Fe and Fe/C UFP and Particulate Characterization
【摘要】 利用CW CO2激光热解制备Fe及Fe/C超微粉体,探讨原料体系及光敏剂对粉体组成的影响,对粉体所含有机物质作了初步分析,对粉体作红外光谱、透射电镜及X射线衍射分析,考察了粉体的微观形态。
【Abstract】 Fe and Fe/C ultrafine particles (UFP) were synthesized from vapour-phase pyrolysis by a CW CO2 laser. The effects of original material system and sensitizer on the composition of UFP were probed. The organisms contained in the Fe/C particle were analyzed qualitatively. Detailed characterization of product powders is presented, including IR, TEM and XRD results.
