【Abstract】 In this paper problems concerning the major research field in technological innovation——the new product development are examined. In the light of the complexities for new product development circumstances we put forward three various decision-making models respectively:Pair-wise-goals comparison model based on multigoals Decision-making theory; Analytical hierarchy process model used in new product development; Expert system model for new product development.
