【Abstract】 The correlation equation of the fullness of screen separating with screen slop,an- gle of vibration,crank radius,dynamic parameters and input of unit screen width is estab- lished by a quadratic regression rotary combination test.The optimal working parameters to make the fullness of screen separating maximum are then determined and the effects of working parameters on fullness of screen separating are analyzed.The studies on the distribu- tion of separated materials along the screen lengtt show that the fullness of screen separating is in exponential function to screen length.The thickness and mass per 1000 kernels of the separated seeds are increased proportionally with the increase of screen length.更多还原
