电力系统电压紧急状态的快速控制法
A Fast Control Method of Voltage Emergency in Power System
【摘要】 应用网络图论研究电力系统电压紧急状态的快速控制法。当系统出现电压紧急状态时,根据电力系统的敏感度关系建立起局部电压控制区,并利用改进的极大流极小切割原理对较大的控制区进一步分裂。若分裂失败,则建立起控制区的分层模型,将电压紧急控制的分析和实施控制在尽量小的范围内。电压控制分析采用改进的牛顿-拉夫逊法,保留了问题的非线性。对我国东北南部电网进行的电压紧急控制分析的结果表明,本文提出的方法是有效的。
【Abstract】 The fast control method of voltage emergency in power systems is studied using Gragh Theory.The local voltage control area is formed and the remained large control area is further splitted using the principle of maximum flow and minimum cut,when a voltage emergency occurs in a power system.The layer model of control area is formed while the splitting fails,so that the voltage control can be analysed and performed in a smaller area. The improved Newton-Raphson technique is employed to analyze the voltage emergency control,therefore,the nonlinear property of the problem is preserved.The results of voltage emergency control analysis in the South Power System of Northeast China show that the presented method is effective.
