用于汽车碰撞时人体保护的吸能材料的特性研究
Properties of Energy-Absorbing Material for Occupant Protection
【摘要】 为减轻汽车二次碰撞对乘员的损伤,对选择的4种材料的力学性能以及人体的生物力学特性进行了初步研究。结果表明,蜂窝纸垫的材料特性能满足汽车碰撞时人体保护的要求。
【Abstract】 In process of automobile impact,secondary impact is a major factor to injure oc- cupant.To alleviate this kind of injury,it is necessary to research and develop the materials for energy-absorbing.Four kinds of material—plastic sponge,foam plastics,honeycomb aluminium plate and cardboard were studied about their mechanical properties.The biome- chanical property of human body was also studied.The results show that cardboard’s ma- terial can absorb enough energy to reduce Abbreviated Injury Scale and to be the ideal ma- terial for occupant protection.
