任意倾斜照明下的Fresnel衍射场
Fresnel Diffraction Field for Arbitrarily Oblique Illumination
【摘要】 对照明光束方向与光栅平面法线方向呈任意角度的情况作了研究,证明了Frenel衍射场内的Talbot像平面与光栅平面平行。还给出了特殊情况下Talbot像强度的分布。
【Abstract】 General case of the tilt of grating normal in arbitrary direction with respect to the illumination direction has been investigated. It has been Verified that the Talbot imaginary planes are parallel to the grating plane. Additionally, the calculation model of intensity distribution for Talbot image pertinent to special case is presented.
