龙门起重机的结构断裂及使用寿命研究
Structure Fracture and Study of Useful Life of Gantry Cranes
【摘要】 根据断裂理论,对龙门起重机金属结构的裂纹扩展规律进行了研究.通过大量的实验和理论分析,找出了龙门起重机在工作状态下金属结构的裂纹限制长度.并根据现场大量调查结果,模拟了起重机工作状态下的载荷谱,得出了有裂纹的起重机金属结构的断裂剩余使用寿命.
【Abstract】 According to the theory of fracture, the laws of crack spreading of gantry crane metal structures are carried out. The crack limit length of gantry crane metal structures under the work conditions is found through a large number of experiments and theory analyses. The load chart of cranes under the work conditions is simulated according to a large number of results of investigation in the testing site and the remainding useful life of crane metal structures with cracks on is obtained.
