气相色谱法检测猪油脂中农药666,DDT前处理方法的研究
THE STUDY OF ONE-STEP CLEAN-UP METHODFOR DETERMINING ORGANOCHLORINE PESTICIDE HCH, DDT IN SWINE FAT BY GAS-LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 对气相色谱测定猪油脂中有机氯农药残留的一步净化法进行了探讨。当使用装有10g中性氧化铝的层析柱处理猪油脂时,收集70ml石油醚淋洗剂,可检出α-666,γ-666,β-666,P,P’-DDE,O,P′-DDT,P,P’-DDD7种有机氯农药。添加浓度在0.10~5.00ppm范围内时,上述7种有机氯农药的回收率为90%~109%。与我国现行的国家标准分析法相比,经F值检验和t值检验,无显著性差异。
【Abstract】 A New one-step clean-up method was developed for gas-liquid chromatographicdetermination of organochlorine pesticides in swine fat. α-666, β-666, γ-666,P, P’-DDE, O, P’-DDT, P, P’-DDD, P, P’-DDT were abstracted, separated andcleaned up simply by the one-step column chromatography method, using 400×10mm I. D. column with neutral aluminium oxide as absorbent and 70ml petroleumether as eluting agent. Recovery rates of seven organochlorine pesticides were90%~109% at 0.10~5.0 ppm fortificating level. Statistical analysis confirms thatthere were no remarkable differences between this method and the standardmethod promulgated by our government in 1985 (GB 5009~1985 ). It is a simple,fast, low-cost method. In some respects, it has more advantages than GB 5009-1985.
