【Abstract】 The clinical results of 9 surgically-treated polycystic kidney diseases of adult type are analyzed. It is suggested that cyst-deroof decompression have a highly curative cffect on the patients. The chief difficulty lies in the fact that nearly all the cysts should be deroofed layer by layer through electrotome and at the same time the cavities are irrigated by cold normal saline. The operation is contraindicated in patients with uraemia.更多还原
