【摘要】 本研究采用饲养试验与消化代谢试验相结合的方法,根据消化代谢试验的结果,制定出可消化粗蛋白质需要量回归公式,由此求得甘肃白猪20—35、35—60及60—90公斤三个阶段可消化粗蛋白质饲养标准。试验用甘肃白猪去势公母猪24头,窝组设计为三个组,每阶段中期进行一期消化代谢试验。 根据消化代谢试验测得的三组试猪的日增重与日均可消化粗蛋白质摄入量基本数据,经统计处理,求得生长肥育期三个级段每日可消化粗蛋白质需要量回归公式如下: 20—35公斤:y₁:129.4+83.0x₁ p<0.05 35—60公斤:y₂:146.3+80.0x₂ p<0.05 60—90公斤:y₃:164.2+151.2x₃ p<0.01将预期日增重x代入上述相应的公式,即可获得甘肃白猪生长肥育阶段可消化粗蛋白质饲养标准。甘肃白猪三个阶段粗蛋质消化率分别为67.87％、64.80％及66.82％,由此可以求得该猪生长肥育阶段粗蛋白质饲养标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digestible crude protein ( DCP ) requirement of Gansu White Swine at the three stages of 20-35,35-60 and 60-90kg ha sbeen studied based on the experiments on regression equation which has been worked out according to the results of feeding and digeston-metabolism. 24 Gansu White piglets with equal numbers of boars andd gilts were divided into three groups through random arrangement . The digestion - metabolisn experiments were to be done in the middle of each stage.According to average daily gain (ADG) and daily DCP intake of each swine of three groups, the regression equation of DCP requirement of each stage comes as follows: 20-35kg: Y1=129.4+83.0X1 P<0.0535-60kg: Y2=146.3 + 80.8X2 P<0.0560-90ka: Y3=164.2 + 151.2X3 P<0.01The DCP requirement of growing-finishing Gansu White Swine is obtained if expected ADG is put in the place of X of the corresponding regression equation. The crude pretein ( CP ) requirement of Gansu White Swine is also obtained according to the CP digestibility, which are respectively 67.87%, 64.80%and 66.82% in the three periods.更多还原
