【摘要】 EB病毒系人类普遍感染的条件性致病性病毒,为什么当中有少数人(5％)可测到较高滴度IgA/VCA抗体,而大多数人则否?本文作者发现EB病毒IgA/VCA阳性健康人的细胞免疫功能有所降低和T细胞亚群比例失衡。作者认为某些正常人群已存在着细胞免疫和调节功能失常,机体免疫监视功能低下,对潜在的EB病毒失控,异致病毒复制活跃,EB病毒相关抗体滴度升高。因此,研究机体免疫状态对癌前阶段的确立及免疫与鼻咽癌发生发展的关系颇有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of study is to know the immune status of healthy persons with EBV-IgA / VCA seropostive. The T lymphocyte transformation and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were determinedT lymphocyte transformation by 3 H-TdBR incorporation show that average CPM, there are 119 healthy seropostive. 23healthy seronegative. 30 patienIts with NPC were 100761, 192464, 50640 (CPM/10 6 cells), respectively. The peripheral T lymphocyte subsets was de termined by eyzyme linked assay, the percentage OKT4, OKT8 count were 28.4, 34.8 in h-ealthy doners with EBV-IgA/VCA postive, respectly; The percentage OKT4, OKT8 count were 39.7, 26.8 in healthy doners with EBV-IgA/VCA negative, respectly.These result show that cellular immune status of healthy doners with EBV-IgA/VCA postive were lower than those healthy doners with EBV IgA / VCA negative. It was suggested that certain persons of healthy popusrlatior may present immune deficiency, and It may be lead to EBV activity and replication.更多还原
