【Abstract】 In this paper, a type of unussual case arisen from the algorithmsfor nearness on the basis of existing axiom was pointed out, The system of axiomdemarcating zero value strictly and includingthe the principle of similarity wasset up. The author analysed some deficiencies about Hammin’s algorithm which isapplied universally. And then a new algorithm NL was advanced. This method issuitable, practical and more adeptable.
