改善CO2水玻璃砂溃散性的研究
A Study on Improving the Collapsibility of CO2-Silicate Sand
【摘要】 本文研究了改性纸浆废液SKH、石灰石和蛭石附加物对CO2水玻璃砂性能的影响。试验结果表明,这些附加物以及它们的混合物可以提高CO2水玻璃砂的强度,减少型砂中的水玻璃加入量,改善溃散性,应用于铸钢件生产中可提高清砂效率12倍。
【Abstract】 AbstractThe effects of SKH modified lignin liquor, limestone and vermiculite on the mechanical properties of CO2-silicate sand was investigated. The ex-perimental results show that those additives and its mixture added into CO2-silicate sand can increase the strength of moulding sand, improve the low-temperature collapsibility and reduce the addition levels of waterglass,hence, raising CO2-silicate sand cleaning effeciency of steel castings by 2-3 times.
