共晶渗碳体形态与可锻铸铁低温石墨化的关系及分析
Study on Relation between the Morphology of Eutectic Cementite and Lower Temperature Graphitization of Malleable Cast Iron
【摘要】 考查了不同孕育剂对可锻铸铁石墨化退火过程的影响,发现经SiFe、Al—Bi复合孕育处理的铸铁能在A1温度以下快速实现完全石墨化。用Q-900型自动图像分析仪定量测定共晶渗碳体,同时测量了常规Al—Bi孕育的试样。测量参数有:体积自分比、相对表面积、平均弦长,各向异性因子和最密集度。用数理统计分析了2500个视场的测量结果表明,共晶渗碳体的分布形态在上述两种试样中存在明显差异。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of different inoculators on graphitizing annealing of malleable cast iron has been examined. It was confirmed that ihe white iron treated with SiFe-Ba-Al complex inoculant can quickly graphitize at the temperature lower than A1. The quantitative metallographic determinations of the eutectic cementite in the structure of the white cast iron were made using the Q-900 Automatic Image Analyzer, moieovei contrasting them with the samples treated with ordinary Al-Bi inoculanl. The measured parameteis Involved .percentage of volume, specific surface area of phases, average chord longlh, anisolropic factors and closest approach. According to mathematical statistics treatment of data measured from total 2500 fields, it is shown that there are apparent differences between the morphology of eutectic cementite in the two kinds of aforementioned samples.
