【Abstract】 The contents of K Na Ca Mg Zn Cu and Mn were analysed by theatomic absorption spectrophotometry in 79 senile cortical cataractouslenses and 13 clear lenses. The results indicated that in clear lenses andcataractous lenses the K/Na ratio was 2.10 and 0.15 respectively. The Kand Mg contents of catarctous lenses were lower than those of clear len-ses while Na Ca and Zn contents of cataractous lenses were higherthan those of clear lenses. In addition, the hairs of normal adult andcataract patients were studied and compared.更多还原
