Studies on the Soluble Protein Powder of Soybean without Bad Smell
【摘要】 本文论述了全营养天然脱腥保溶大豆蛋白粉的生产原理、工艺流程、产品性能和质量分析,以及该产品的应用范围及经济效益等问题。
【Abstract】 The paper makes an exposition of a series of problems such as the basic principles of production, technology, quality of produts, hygiene analysis, application realm and the economical benefits of nutritional soluble soybean protein powder without bad smell.
