【Abstract】 Seven cases of sarcoma botryoides of uterine cervix were reviewed. The median ageof patients was 23 years old (19-40 years). Four patients were diagnosed as stage Ⅰa, 2as Ⅰb and 1 as Ⅱa. 6/7 cases were treated With surgery, chemotherapy and 1 or radio-therapy, and 1/6 with surgery only. 5 cases in this group survived more than 5 years witha mean 7.9 years of follow-up. The authors recommend that primary treatment shouldconsist of vincristine-dactinomycin based chemotherapy, surgery should be guided theresponse to initial chemotherapy, and radiotherapy should be used for involved resectionmargin or positive lymph nodes.更多还原
