【Abstract】 This paper detailed the csating prcoess of the railplate which is comsumable part of open hearth furnace. The casting process(pouring position; parting; core sand and coating; calculation of the running system.) was designed according to casting construction and technical claims. Besides, the stress for casting crack is analysed and some methods are taken. A good economics is attained. It provided a succeed experience for producing plate formed castings in metallurgical production.更多还原
