【Abstract】 When the decoction of Yiguan Jian in 10g/kg does was given orally,Yiguan Jian was found to be effective antiulcer agent in four exprimental gastric ulcer models in animals, namely the acetic acid-induced chronic ulcers. In dcmethecin-induced, reserpine-induc-ed and pyloric ligation induced ulcers, The resulte suggest that has the antiulcer action, seem to be in various mechanism.On condition that does not obstruct the gastric fluid secretion.更多还原
