【Abstract】 The effects of Xiangsha Liujun Wan (XSLJW) on the gastrointestinal mo-tility and acute toxicty were observed. The results were follows: 1.Significant inhibition of gastric empty and propultion were in mice by oral adminstration. It was also found that XSLJW can antagonize the hyperactivity of intestinal motility induced by neostigmine in mice by oral adminstration. 2. The experiment of isolated rabbit intestine showed that: ( 1 ) The automatic activity was inhibited by XSLJW. ( 2 ) The effect was observed in antagoizing the spamodic constrution of isolated rabbit intestine induced by acetycholine,barium chloride and histamine. (3) Toxicocological test showed wittout any death in mice by oral adminstration with 80g/kg.更多还原
