人参茎叶总皂甙对细胞膜功能的影响及Rb1、Rg1升高动脉壁PGI2作用
Effect of ginsenosides on the function of cell membrane and Rb1、Rg1 increase the content of carotid prostacyclin in rat
【摘要】 家兔每日喂饲胆固醇8周,引起血小板膜功能和膜组分的损伤,表现在膜流动性下降,膜组分ch/pl比值增大。而造型同时加服人参茎叶皂甙PGS100mg/kg8周,则可见膜流动性显著增大,ch/pl比值显著下降,提示PGS对高脂血症导致的血小板膜功能损伤有保护作用。大鼠实验还表明Rb1和Rg1 25mg/kg能显著增高动脉壁PGI2含量及血浆PGI2/TXA2比值。
【Abstract】 This paper report the role of Panax ginseng ginsenosides (PGS) in membrane function and membrane components of platelet in hyperlipidemia rabbit. When cholesterol was given 1 g/kg d for 8 wks, membrane fluidity was clearly decreased and cholesterol/phosphalipid molar ratio of platelet membrane was remakable increased as compared with normal group. PGS (100mg/kg d po X 8 wks) could obviously iacreased membrane fluidity and decreased cholesterol/phosphalipid molar ratio cf platelet membrane as compared with model group. By the means of radioimmunoassay, we also found that ginsenosides Rb1, Rg1 (25 rag/kg ?d X 21 wks) could clearly increased plasma prostacyclin/thromboxane A2 ratio of rat. These result showed that PGS might prevent the damage of membrane function and membrane components of platelet induced by hyperlipidemia.
