中药升麻中抗真菌成分的实验研究

【摘要】 从中药升麻中分离到一个单体成分,体外试验对11种真菌有抑制作用,最小抑茵浓度(MIC)除铁锈小茅孢菌为300μg/ml外,其它7种真菌为100μg/ml、与克霉唑相当。以石膏毛癣茵感染的豚鼠体癣有较好的治疗作用,对大鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤无刺激性。

【Abstract】 One monomeric compound which had antifungal activity was isolated from Cimicifuga faetida L. We found that the compound named as Shengmasu had inhibi- tion on 11 kinds of fungi in vitro. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Shengmasu on Trichophton ferrugineum was 300 μg/ml, other seven kinds of fungi was 100 μg/ml which was similar to clotnmazole. Shengmasu had a good therapeutic action on tinea corporis induced by Trichophyton in guinea pig. No stimulation was found to skin.
