【摘要】 为获得适于评估老年认知功能并可作为“痴呆”病的临床检查工具,本研究在MMSE 及其改进版3MS 基础上编制了“老年认知功能量表”(SCFOP),对300例老年人及部分临床样本进行了测试。根据年龄与教育因素设定了不同群组百分位常模。信度检验:总分的重测相关系数为0.905(P<0.001);效度检验:SCFOP 对痴呆病人组与正常对照组的总正确划分率达78-95%。量表结构基本符合对老年认知功能不同侧面的评估要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the bases of MMSE and 3MS (modified MMSE),SCFOP was devel-oped with an emphasis on the assessment of cognitive function in order to extend its clinicalapplication in Chinese millieu.300 elderly and 30 demented patients were involved in thisSCFOP primary evaluation.The coefficient of test-retest with SCFOP was 0.945.The cor-rective differential rates resulted from the assessment with optimal cut-off point approach indemented patients and normal elderly ranged from 78% to 95%.SCFOP was preliminarilyproved with higher differential function for elderly cognition.更多还原
