【摘要】 本试验对条叶龙胆（Gentiana manshurica）离体根生长的培养基种类、光、通气进行了试验,并在此基础上用正交试验法对影响离体根生长的7个主要成分进行了试验。找出了适合条叶龙胆离体根生长和鲜重增加的培养基是white+CH 50 mg/l,IBA 0.1 mg/l,基本培养中相应的VB₁改为0.5 mg/l,蔗糖30 g/l,pH4。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, basic medium, light and ventilation conditions were tested for the growth of adventitious roots. On the basis of these results, seven main ingredients affecting the growth of adventitious roots were analyzed by means of orthogonal design test. We found that the most suitable medium for the growth and increase in fresh Weight of the adventitious roots of Gentiana manshurica was White+CH50mg/1, IBA 0.1 mg/1 and the VB₁ and sucrose in the medium are 0.5 mg/1 and 30 g/1 respectively, pH4.更多还原
