【Abstract】 This article reports the reasearch result of purification method of ST. The precedure of purification included disposition of ammonium sulfate, treatment with gydroxyapatite, extraction with ethnol and purification rude toxin by chromatography on cation exchanger (SP-Sephadex C-25) and anion exchanger (DEAE-Sephadex A-25)and by high perfomance liquid chromatography. 1.05mg purificatory ST. was obtained from 10, 000ml culture kacterial liquid.更多还原
