【Abstract】 Three hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies （McAb） to E. stewartii 745 were established by hybridiza-tion of the mouse myeloma cells （SP2/O-Ag14） and E ·stewartii immunized BALB/c spleen cells. The titration of the McAb detected by indirect-ELISA were 1: 25600.The two McAbs G5 nd D1 reacted with all 9 strains of E. stewariii 745, but McAb G₂ only reacte with 7 strains of 745. However, all 3 McAbs do not react with other strains in the same genus of Erwinia.更多还原
