【摘要】 攀西地区位于四川省的西南部,包括攀枝花市和凉山州的全部。幅员面积6.75万km~2,1988年末人口为437.3万人。攀西不仅矿产、水能资源举世瞩目,而且光热资源丰富,宜农荒地资源多,农业开发条件好、潜力大,是国家原材料、能源和农业开发的重点地区。本文拟就种植业为重点,对攀西农业开发条件、潜力和对策进行分析论证,以引起社会重视,使之尽快列为全国农业开发的重点区,进行先期开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Panxi district,including the whole area of Panzhihua city and Liangshan autonomous region,is situated at the south-west part of Sichuan province.It has an area of 67500 km~2and with a population of 4373000 at the end of 1988.Not only being noticed in the world by its rich mineral resources and water energy re- sources,but the area also has a abundant uncultivated land resources and sunlight-heat resources.The area has a good condition and a great potentialities in its future development which is a major district in developing raw materials,energy resources and agriculture. This article lays stress on the plantation and it gives out analysis and proof to agricultural developmental conditions,potentialities and policies in Panxi district,so that it will call attention of the society and the state to make Panxi a special area for agricultural development in our country.更多还原
