【摘要】 对吉林省镇赉县两牧场的小土蜗(Galba pervia)和耳萝卜螺(Radix auricularia)体内片形吸虫(Fasciolas sp)、东毕吸虫(Orientobicharzia sp)幼虫做了调查。结果为,东毕吸虫尾蚴6月下旬开始从螺体内逸出,8月中旬达最高峰,9月下旬逐渐减少。片形吸虫尾蚴7月中旬开始从螺体内逸出,9月上旬达最高峰,10月上旬阳性螺逐渐减少。含两种吸虫幼虫的阳性螺率与气温和降雨量呈正相关关系;片形吸虫幼虫可以以雷蚴的形式在螺体内越冬,该地区含东毕吸虫幼虫的阳性螺率比含片形吸虫幼虫的阳性螺率高。含东毕吸虫尾蚴的阳性螺率最高达52.52%(252/480), 而含片形吸虫尾蚴的阳性螺率最高只达17.33%(52/300)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper reports the seasonal changes of larvae of Fasciola sp and Orientobilharzia sp in Zhenlai, Jilin province. The expelling of mature cercaria of Orientobilharzia sp by molluscan host occurs from the end of June to the end of Septem-ber, and mostly in the middle of August. The expelling of mature cercaria of Fasciolia sp by molluscan host takes place from the middle of July to the early of October, and mostly in the early of September. The maximal incidence of Radix auricularia with cercaria of Orientobilharzia sp is 52.5%, but with cercaria of Fasciola sp is 17.33%. The infection rate rises with increasing temperature and rainfall.更多还原
