【摘要】 胃幽门弯曲菌感染和许多上胃肠道疾病有关,胃镜下取活检组织进行尿素酶试验是临床上简便实用的检测方法,传统使用的尿素酶试液或琼脂不便于贮存和运输,为此我们研制成快速尿素酶试纸。在159例连续胃镜检查病人的前瞻性研究中,试纸诊断的敏感性为80％,特异性100％,达到国内外快速尿素酶试液和琼脂的水平,试纸于室温中保存半年不失效,体积小可通过信件邮寄。快速尿素酶试纸的研制成功将有助于幽门弯曲菌临床研究的普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 The presence of Campylobacter pylori (CP) in the stomach associates with some common upper gastrointestinal diseases. Rapid urease test for CP from biopsy specimens has been considered to be a useful and practicable technique for the detection of CP in patients undergoing endoscopy. The conventional reagents for the test have been in forms of broth or gel, which are of inconvenience in preservation and transportation. We have developed urease test paper, which can be perserved in room temperature for more than 6 months. In a matched study in 159 consecutive patients undergoing routine upper endoscopy, the sensitivity and specificity of the rapid test paper in 15 mins observation were 80% and 100% respectively in comparison to gold standards histologic and/or micro-biologic techniques for the detection of CP These sensitivity and specificity have reached the levels of rapid test broth and gel. The development of rapid urease test paper will put forward to spread of CP study in clinical practice.更多还原
