【Abstract】 Twenty-four specimens of nasopharyngeal precancerous lesion were studied on the mi-crovasculature in stroma by using microscope and image analysis technique for quantitat-ion. FⅧR : Ag was used as a marker of vascular endothelium to show the blood vessels by immunohistochemistry. The microscopical and quantitative results showed that most cases possess abnormal hyperplastic features similar to the neovascularization in stroma of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. These findings may suggest that the abnormal hyperplastic vessels may be a prerequisite related to the carcinous transformation of nasopharyngeal epithelium.更多还原
