【摘要】 采用冷冻干燥方法制备了CS5ab—87、CS3ab—87、81—6—N、81—6—Bn、81—6—31等五种苏云金杆菌制剂的候选标准品,并检测了制剂的六种理化及生物学性状。结果表明CS5ab—87、CS3ab—87的各项指标均符合对标准品的要求,经与美国标准品比较,在悬浮率、润湿性等方面优于HD—1—S—1980。二者完全可以分别用作我国H5ab和H3ab型苏云金杆菌制剂的标准品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five powders of B.t subsp.galleriae ( H5ab ) and B.t subsp. kurstaki ( H3ab ) were produced by freeze-dryer.Six physichemical properties of the powders were determined. The results suggested that two of the powders CS5ab-87 and Cs3ab-87 accorded with the demands of standard preparations. They can be used as standards for B.t H5ab and B t H3ab in China.更多还原
