【摘要】 应用不同剂量复方吡喹酮对人工感染猪囊尾蚴病猪治疗77天后,经光镜及电镜检查,其肌肉组织和脑组织中的囊尾蚴结构。结果表明,治疗剂量为20mg/kg组病猪体内囊尾蚴多数仍具有活力;治疗剂量为40、80、160mg/kg组病猪肌肉组织内的囊尾蚴全部死亡并被吸收,肌肉组织结构正常,脑组织内残留少量小钙化灶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different doses of compound praziquantel were used to treat cysticercosis in the pigs. The structure of muscles and brains of the pigs and cysticerci cellulosae in the pigs was studied by light microscope and electron microscope on 77d after treatment. The results showed that a number of cysticerci cellulosae in the pigs were alive in dose of 20mg/kg,and all the cysticerci cellulosae in the pigs died and were absorbed,the musclar tissue was cured ,and a few small nodes of calcification were found in the brain tissue in doses of 40,80,160mg/kg.更多还原
