【Abstract】 18 groups(1166 mosquitoes)female Culex Tritaeniorhynchus were studied with the method of absorbing a virus-sucrose-erythrocyte mixture. 13 groups were infected by Japanese encephalitis among them. The virus was found in F1 progeny of two groups. Therefore, the fact was proved that the virus was transmitted to F1 progeny from the parent by eggs. The Japanese encephalitis virus still kept virulence in F1 progeny mosquitoes.更多还原
