【摘要】 从1988年4月至1988年12月,我们经内镜圈套高频电流切除14例胃十二指肠息肉,经病理检查有腺瘤性息肉11例、炎性增生性息肉2例、原发性十二指肠类癌1例。在手术后的第二周,内镜复查发现6例在切除息肉后的残根出现糜烂,在第三周复查时均已愈合。因此,经内镜圈套高频电流凝切胃、十二指肠息肉是一种诊断和治疗的可靠方法,并无重要的并发症发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Fourteen patients with polyps in the upper gastrointestinal tract were polypec-tomized endoscopically from 1986 to 1988. The pathological specimens were obtained in 14 patients,while the adenomatous polyps were diagnosed in 11 patients, and 2 cases were hyperplastic polyps. Carcinoid of duodenum was demonstrated in one patient. In our group, 6 patients had a residual ulcer two weeks after polypectomy but no hemorrhage and perforation occured更多还原
