【摘要】 骆驼配种采用人工授精。其操作技术基本同于马、牛,采输精借用牛的假阴道和输精器。原精用120%蔗糖溶液或7%葡萄糖溶液稀释,实行阴道输精,每次输0.5毫升以上,有效精子数不低于0.8-1.0亿,受胎率达80%(4N/52),产羔率75% (39/52)。 驼精以蔗甘液稀释和铜纱网漂浮液氮熏蒸慢速降温法。制安瓿冻精65批665支,平均活力0.4,高者达0.5;制颗粒冻精1200余粒,活力0.3-0.5。解冻后室溫(14-16℃)保存,平均存活86小时,长者达190/小时。1983-1986年共输精92峰,受胎率为76.1%(70/92),产羔率力61.98%(57/92)。 在第一次输精的同时,给发情母驼肌注LRH-A诱导排卵,排卵率可达94.4%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Artificial insemination was applied to the bactrian camel breeding. It is the same operating technique as horse’s and cattle’s basically, the camel’s semen was collected and inseminated by means of the pseudovagina and syringe used in cow. The raw semen was diluted with 12% sucrose solution or 7% glucose solution, and above 0.5 ml extended semen containing no less than 0.8-1.0 hundreds million motile sperms was deposited into the vagina of a camel each time, 80% (42/52) of conception rate and 75% (39/52) of parturition rate were produced respectively.The semen diluted with sucrose glycerol solution was frozen in ampoulesor pellets. 665 ampoules of frozen semen were prepared in 65 hatches, sperm motility was 0.4 unit on an average. The motility of 1200 odd pelleted semen ranged from 0.3 to 0.5 unit. Thawed semen kept under room temperatures (14-16℃) may survive for 86 hours on the average, and the longest one for 190 hours. The 92 bactrian camels were inseminated successfully with frozen semen from 1983 to 1986, pregnancy rate and lambing rate attained to76.1% (70/92) and 61.96% (57/92) respectively.LRH-A was injected into the muscle of estrous bactrian camels while conducting the first insemination, in result, 94.4% of ovulation rate was obtained.更多还原
