【摘要】 研究了海岛棉(G.barbadense L.)显性无腺体品系海1与陆地棉(G hirsutum L.)有腺体品种杂交,把控制无腺体的显性基因转移到陆地棉中,选育出显性无腺体陆地棉新类型的结果。转育过程经过了三次回交和两次自交及严格的人工选择。选出的株形,叶形,花冠大小、颜色、花无红心,铃,苞叶等器官与陆地棉亦无明显区别。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reports the result of dominant glandless gene transfer to G. hirsutum for the selection of new dominant glandless upland cotton by interspecific hybridization between dominant glandless line of Hal 1 (G. babadense) and gland upland line of G. hirsutum. After three backcrosses, two self pollinations and strictly manual selections, new types of glandless upland cotton with no significant difference to the parent upland cotton in plant type, leaf shape, coronal size, petal color, petal without red spots, boll and bract have been selected.更多还原
