衰老对大鼠外周神经电生理学特征的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了不同月龄Wistar大鼠坐骨神经、尾神经传导速度、动作电位幅度、时程及绝对不应期的变化。研究发现。二条神经干的传导速度均随增龄增加,至成年期达到峰值,以后随增龄均有不同程度的降低,尾神经的这种变化有显著性差异。动作电位幅度亦在成年期达到峰值,待老年期又有不同程度的减小。动作电位时程从幼年到成年逐渐缩短,成年期后又延长或相对恒定。绝对不应期随大鼠生长逐渐缩短,成年期后常无明显变化。

【Abstract】 The changes of conduction velocities, amplitudes, durations and absolute refractory periods of the action potentials were studied in the sciatic and caudal nerves of Wistar rats in different age.The results showed that conduction velocities were progressively increased with growth from young to adult after that it was deoreased in different range on both nerves, and the effect was most significant in caudal nerve. The amplitudes of action potentials were increased gradually with development up to 9~12mo,and then declined more or less.The durations of action potentials were shortened from young to adult then it was prolonged or unchanged. Absolute refractory periods were decreased with growth before adult, after this period no singificant changes were demonstrated.
