【Abstract】 By way of ink injection the spa-tium of greater psoas muscle was ex-amined on 40 cadavers.The authorsfound that in 5 cases the injected inkseeped into the epidural space,andin one case even permeated throughthe intervertebral foramen to the co- ntralateral spatium.The finding mayclarify the diffusion ways of lumbarplexus blocking.In addition,the re-levant anatomy of the spatium in te-rms of its relevance with lumbar ple-xus blocking was delineated in thispaper.更多还原
