真空加压气淬炉炉壳应力的三维有限元计算

【摘要】 本文以加压高速气冷真空炉旋箍式炉门锁紧结构的强度计算为例,介绍了用三维有 限单元法解决真空工程设计中真空压力容器的计算问题。文中以实例讲述了如何选取合 理的力学模型、单元及位移模式和边界条件。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the strength calculation of lock structure for vacuum pressurized furnace cooling with gas in high speed with rotary clip type of furnace door is taken as an example, the calculation of vacuum pressurized chamber in the design of vacuum engineer carried out by 3-dimensional finite element method. Here it is described with an example how to select a reasonable dynamic model, element and displaced pattern and boundary conditions.
