抗生素T0007B1和B2的分离和鉴别
ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF ANTIBIOTIC T0007 B1 AND T0007 B2
【摘要】 从一株吸水链霉菌的发酵液中,分离得到对艰难梭菌有作用的抗生素T0007B1和B2。基于其光谱特征及生物理化性质,鉴定抗生素T0007B1及B2分别为3-硝基-4-羟基-苯乙酸和3-硝基-4-羟基-苯丙酸。
【Abstract】 Antibiotic T0007B1 and B2, which are specifically active, against Clo-stridium difficile, were isolated, from the fermentation broth of a strain of Slrepto-myces hygroscopicus.Based on their spectral evidences and physico-chemical properties, antibiotic T0007 B1 and B2, have been identified as 3-nitro-4-hydroxy-phenylacetic acid and 3-nitro-4-hydroxy-phenylpropionic acid, respectively.
