【摘要】 本文总结343例次跟腱术,主要纠正蹠屈畸形,采用white法50次,最大延长4 cm;Z形延长293次,最大延长6 cm。并配合肌腱移位和骨部手术纠正多种畸形。讨论了跟腱延长的解剖基础、适应证选择和防止切口边缘坏死和胫后神经损伤等并发症的措施。并强调应整体考虑,避免单纯足部畸形而引致不良后果。更多还原

【Abstract】 343 cases lengthening of Tendo-Achilles chiefly for correcting the equinus deformity were summarized. 50 white’s method and 293 Zshaped lengthening were performed with maximal lengthing of 4 and 6 cm. respectively.更多还原
