【摘要】 生物质气化装置是将生物质能转变为热能的一种装置。本文主要以浙江省桐庐县红旗机械厂生产的NDZ-400型气化炉为例,介绍整个装置的设计原理、检测手段,测试的经过和结果,并根据所测得的结果找出这种装置目前所存在的问题和解决的方法。其中有些方法已经付诸实践并取得了良好的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The design theory of the installation of biomass gasifier was introduced as its temperature field in gas producer, device adaptability to fuel and tar content in raw gas. It also pointed out the weakness of the installation and put forward the key of solution according to the results of experiment and research on a NDZ-400 type box downdraft gas producer fueled by biomass. Some shortcomings of the istallation have been improved.更多还原
