【Abstract】 In some villages and towns of Fuyang county and Lin’an county, yield and quality of bisporous mushroom could be considerally increased by the use of three major culture techniques, 1. The feces-grass ratio of growing medium was over 0.8, cattle manure constituting over 50 per cent of the total amount of feces used. 2. The quadratic fermentation of growing medium was adopted. 3.
