氟氯嘧啶及四氯嘧啶的气相色谱测定
Gas Chromatographic Determination of Fluorochloropy Rimidine and Tetrachloropyrimidine
【摘要】 本文研究了活性染料中间体-2,4,6三氟-5氟嘧啶和四氯嘧啶的气相色谱测定,OV-17是从五种不同极性的固定液中选取适合于这两种中间体测定的固定液,苯作为内标物测定氟氯嘧啶,其校正因子为2.09,四氯嘧啶的测定采用外标法,测定误差小于2%。
【Abstract】 The gas chromatographic determination of 2,4, 6 trifluoro-5 chloropyrimidine and tetrachloropyrimidine as the intermediate compounds of active dye has been studied. The OV-17 was selected from five stationary liquids with different polarity and suitable for determination of both intermediate compounds. Benzene was used as internal standart for determination of flurochloropyrimidinc with correction factor 2.09. The external standard method was used for determination of tetrachloropyrimidine. The error of measurement was less than 2%,
