【摘要】 用斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴径口感染小鼠,定期剖检,共获不同虫龄童虫181条,最长虫龄72d,形态结构与脱囊后尾蚴无异,全部处于滞育状态。将所获童虫再感染小鼠,经宿主转换后,虫体感染能力以及在组织中穿越、移行能力并不衰减,所有虫体仍处滞育状态。转换前后的童虫进入适宜宿主犬体后,均能在肺部检获发育成熟的成虫。小鼠作为斯氏狸殖吸虫的转续宿主可介导直接转续传播与间接转续传播,转续宿主的存在具有流行病学意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventeen mice inoculated orally with metacercariae of Pagumogonimus Skrjabini and 181 stunted juveniles were obtained from body cavity,muscles,liver and lungs.The mor phology and structure of the stunted juveniles are similar to those of excysted metacerca- riae even 72 days after infection.The Above juveniles obtained were retransfered into. micorally but they were still stunted.Before and after host transfers the stunted wo- rms from mice could further mature in the lungs of dogs.This showed that mice are paratenic hosts of P.skrjabini更多还原
